Get the Business out of your head and into one clear view
Bring your company knowledge together, identify important gaps and opportunities, and turn it into a clear view of your business and focused priorities for the next 90 days.

Your business knowledge is probably spread across many places.
Your website. Business plans. Presentations. Financial assumptions. Market knowledge. Customer insights. Meeting notes. Documents. And, perhaps most importantly, your own experience as a founder or CEO.
Over time, this information becomes fragmented or outdated. Your company changes, while the documents describing it don’t always change with it.
EBP Business Advisory brings these different inputs together
We combine your existing company information with an in-depth founder or CEO interview, structured business frameworks, AI-assisted analysis and professional human judgment.
The objective isn’t simply to produce more documents.
It is to help you understand:
- Where is the business today?
- What is already working?
- Where are the important gaps, risks or constraints?
- What opportunities deserve more attention?
- What should you focus on during the next 90 days?
The result is a structured view of your business: what you already know, insights you may not have considered, and clear priorities for what comes next.
Who is this for?
EBP Business Advisory is primarily being developed for founders and CEOs of established small and medium-sized businesses.
It may be particularly useful when:
- Your strategy exists mainly in your head.
- Your current business plan is outdated.
- You have many ideas but need clearer priorities.
- Your company has changed faster than its documentation.
- You want an independent, structured view of your business.
- You are preparing for growth, investment or strategic change.
- You want to align strategy, market position and execution.
- You know improvements are needed but aren’t sure which ones should come first.
Early beta results
The first CEO-level beta used founder interviews, an existing business plan, investor presentations, company website information and professional analysis.
The process produced six interconnected management documents together with a Business Health analysis and concrete recommendations.
The participant described the output as both recognizable and useful for creating focus, while also providing new information and an impressive level of understanding of the business.
“I was impressed by the level of understanding of the business that the business plan and supporting information showed. It contained a mixture of things already known to me, giving me confidence that the work was reliable, and useful new information.”
Albert Poortinga — CEO-level beta participant
The analysis also resulted in concrete follow-up actions around market focus, marketing materials and competitor research.

How the process works
Your main involvement is sharing your existing materials, joining the founder/CEO interview and reviewing the findings with us.
1. Provide your Business Context
You share relevant existing information, such as your website, business plan, investor presentations and other useful company materials.
2. Founder / CEO Interview
We discuss your business, market, customers, goals, challenges, assumptions and priorities in a structured online interview. A short additional questionnaire can fill remaining information gaps.
3. Business Analysis
Your information is combined and analysed across areas including strategy, customers, competition, business model, marketing, risks and execution.
4. Business Documents and Recommendations
We turn the analysis into your Business Health Scorecard, Business Plan and supporting management documents.
Rather than analysing each area separately, the outputs use the same underlying company context so that the conclusions connect.
5. Review and Advisory Session
You review the materials before we meet.
Together, we then validate the findings, discuss important insights and determine which opportunities, risks and constraints deserve the most attention.
The final 90-Day Action Plan gives you a practical starting point for moving forward.
Human advisory adds context and judgment to the analysis, helping turn insights into confident decisions and clear priorities.
